Myriam Glez: «It’s ok not to have all the answers after retirement»

Myriam Glez is a former synchronized swimmer, she represented four different countries across four Olympic Games—two as an athlete and two as a coach—a great achievement. After competing and coaching at the highest level, she retired twice—once by circumstance and once on her own terms—giving her invaluable insight into the challenges athletes face when transitioning out of sport. Today, Myriam is the founder of Athlete’s Soul, an organization founded and run by athletes and former athletes. Its mission is to empower athletes to develop beyond sports and mitigate the challenges of athletic retirement.
